Kathy has been booking travel since 2006 and has helped create thousands of Magical Journeys. Her love for travel is evident and the excitement oozes out of her as she plans trips with clients.
As a College of Disney Knowledge Graduate, a Universal Orlando Specialist, a member of Travel Leaders and an Accredited Cruise Counselor, Kathy has a wealth of information and keeps her clients up to date on new policies, the best rates, special events, activities and more. She’s completed many onsite Agent Education Programs at WDW, Disneyland, Universal Orlando and has attended several Travel Leaders conferences.
However, Kathy believes that the best way to advise her clients is with firsthand experiences which is why she has stayed at every Value, Moderate & Deluxe resort at WDW, all 3 Disneyland resorts, all 7 Universal hotels and has sailed on all 4 Disney Cruise ships! , Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Candlelight Processional, Epcot Food & Wine, Epcot Flower & Garden, Universal Halloween Horror Nights, Universal Grinchmas, Private tours, Adventures By Disney, 3/4 and 7 night cruises….she’s done them all and more!

Kathy’s clients are more than just “customers” to her. She has formed many friendships and bonds over the years with clients from 12 different countries. When you become her client, you become her family and she will see to it that you are well taken care of. She is very attentive; emails are answered promptly and she is always happy to schedule a call if you need to speak by phone. When Kathy is away and out of the office, there is always a plan in place as she teams up with Wendy to ensure you are never left without assistance.
